Shipping policy

Shipping:
  • We ship all orders with a LIVE shipping rate, depending on the items you purchase or your location in the world it will change from time to time.
  • Free shipping applies when you spend $200 or more.
  • All orders over $30 will receive tracking when posted.
Additional Information:
  • WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES AND PARCEL LOCKERS.
  • Orders will begin processing within 1-2 business days of your purchase date and generally take 7-14 business days to make, print and ship to you.
  • Regional areas should be given an extra week on top to arrive.
  • You should receive the package within 20 business days of it being shipped.
  • Armoured gear is made to order, 3-4 week arrival date ETA depending on your location and gear requests.
  • Accessories shipped within Australia should arrive within a week.
  • Pre-order items may take between 4-6 weeks to arrive.
  • Please make sure your name, shipping/billing address, and all info is correct. HOOLIGOON cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control such as service delays, lost packages, or stolen items.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number when your package has been shipped.
  • Once orders are dispatched from HOOLIGOON, we can no longer control the ETA of the order as it is out of our hands once the couriers have your packages.
Track Your Order:
  • As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email letting you know it's been dispatched and provide you with a unique tracking number. You can track your parcel here.
  • Please check your tracking number provided from the email sent to you upon your parcel being dispatched. If the tracking states “no events currently found” this may because your parcel has not gone past a scanning point yet.
Haven't Received A Confirmation Email Yet?
  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from me within 24 hours of placing your order, please double check that you have supplied the correct contact information and checked your 'junk' mail folder before contacting us.
